Once you have placed your order, a member of our team will reach out shortly to schedule a time that works best between you and a local contractor in your area to assist with utlity set up.
Q: What is the delivery time?
A: Delivery time depends on order quantities. Generally, the delivery time will be 15-25 days after receiving your deposit. Sometimes Shipping times may take longer depending on if there are homes available that are ready to ship.
Q: How do you guarantee the quality of the products?
A: Established a procedure to check products at all stages of the manufacturing process - raw materials, in process materials, validated or tested materials, finished goods, etc. SGS, BV and other testing are available for us.

Q: Is prefab house stable?
A: Set your hearts at rest! You are completely safe living in light prefab house even if there are hurricanes of 200 km/h and 9-grade earthquake outside.
Q: How will I know if the home I choose requires assembly?
A: Most of our homes listed are pre-assembled, however if the home you choose requires assembly, it will be stated under the model number. This message will state “This Home will require assembly from our team, once purchased contact us directly for more steps”. The way our non-assembled homes work is once you place the order, we will deliver the parts directly to your location of choice and once you receive the parts, we will then schedule a good time between you and the contractor in your area (free of charge) to build the home on the desired property.
Q: How can I get an exchange or refund?
A: You have 48hrs after the home is delivered or assembly is completed to request a partial refund (unless it’s a special case). If it is after the 48hr period, you can still exchange the home with the same product or another product with equal or less value than the ordinal product you purchased. To request a refund or product exchange, just go to our Contact Us page on the home page and submit a form explaining your reason for the refund and you’ll receive an email in response to your request within 24-48 hours.

A: Absolutely! To customize your tiny home, immediately after checkout, send us your request through our “Contact Us” page and we will reach out at your earliest convenience.
